Today is the beginning of the end for our family. We are a family determined to change our lives starting today. Our weights range from 140 to 335lbs. Some of us have a “LITTLE” more to lose than the others, but we are all aware it is time for a change! We need to teach the kids and ourselves how to live a healthy lifestyle. There is no time left to sit idly by and watch our kids fall into the same poor habits we have become so accustomed to.

My name is Cheryl; I live with my cousin Audrey and her family. Audrey and Manuel have three kids still at home; Ashley age 17 and two younger kids age 12 and 8. We, especially the two youngest kids, have been fans of the Biggest Loser since it first started. In fact every season I (the biggest one in the house) say how I am going to be the next biggest loser. Yet here we are in season 5 and I have yet to lose one pound let alone two hundred!! So we have decided to start our own biggest loser challenge. Today we weigh in and put the bet on the line. Audrey, Manuel, Ashley, and I have decided to ante up $100 each, winner take all!!! We’ll keep you posted on our progress. For now I say good luck to us all and everyone out there trying to make a difference in their life by making the decision to lose the weight and keep it off!!
